We retain the core skills but also rely on a team of freelancers to assist us, as we believe in outsourcing elements of work where it is more cost-effective to do so. This way we can utilise the skills of those we could not afford to retain on a full-time basis, ensuring consistent high standards at a reasonable cost. Our aim is to deliver the best quality of service, at the most cost-effective rates.

Enigma was set up twelve years ago, and many of us are still here. A few have left but come back. In a sector, and world, where jobs aren't for life,(sometimes not even just for Christmas), our longevity is a refreshing change. So, although sites continually evolve, and we provide you with the tools to manage them yourselves, when it's time for a complete make-over, the chances are our project team will be largely the same - ensuring perfect business continuity.
